Flexibility required to work any shift assigned between 8:00am – 8:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Training Length: 5 weeks
Training Schedule: 9:00am – 5:30pm EST, Monday-Friday
Pay: Up to $17 an hour

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Conduent, you will play a crucial role in responding to patient and healthcare provider inquiries for a leading Pharmaceutical Company’s Patient Assistance Program. You will assist with application completion, reorder forms, and general program questions. This position requires high-volume inbound and outbound call management, ensuring a positive customer experience by educating and guiding patients through program requirements.
Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls for the Patient Assistance Program.
Make outbound calls to address questions and complete required documentation.
Utilize program training and resources to resolve patient/HCP queries.
Complete required application and reorder documentation.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all involved parties.
Consistently meet and exceed Agent Performance Goals/KPIs.
Adhere to work schedule and attendance policies.
Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate
Conduent is seeking individuals who are empathetic, determined, and passionate about helping others. Call center experience is a plus but not mandatory. Successful candidates will have:
Work-From-Home Requirements
Successful completion of typing and customer service assessment.
Dedicated, private workspace free of distractions.
Stable internet connectivity (minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 15 mbps).
Understanding of home network environment.
Ability to troubleshoot devices and connectivity issues.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service experience required (hospitality, retail, or pharmaceutical fields encouraged to apply!).
Call center experience preferred but not required.
Work Location: Remote
