About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Shopbop, providing world-class service to our global clientele from the comfort of your home. This full-time, direct-hire position offers $19.00/hour. The call center operates from 7am to 9pm CST, 7 days a week, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods, is essential. 📞💻
Brand Ambassador: Represent Shopbop with enthusiasm and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Customer Solutions: Be the first point of contact to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Shopbop’s product range and services to assist customers effectively.
Data Accuracy: Ensure clear and precise data capture to provide valuable insights into customer experiences.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize various software programs to resolve inquiries and collaborate with external shipping contractors for both domestic and international concerns.
Basic Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in luxury customer service environments such as contact centers, luxury retail, or hospitality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations empathetically.
Decision Making: Confidence in making decisions regarding returns, faulty goods, and compensations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internet browsers and comfortable with computers and smartphones.
Work Environment: Quiet home workspace, high-speed wired internet connection, ability to work set schedules including peak times. 📈
Preferred Qualifications
Language Skills: Fluency in Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish is a plus! 🌐
