The Role: Customer Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers: Answer questions and provide solutions regarding the Brightree application and its services in a friendly, efficient manner. 📞
Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues through phone or electronic communication. 🛠️
Document & Track: Keep detailed records of support requests, ensuring proper documentation of issues. 📑
Collaborate: Work closely with customers to provide solutions tailored to their needs, and escalate cases with mentors when necessary. 🤝
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of current technology and new product offerings. 📈
What They Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in software support to external customers is a must.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, systematic approach.
Fast Learner: Self-directed, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in HME, home health, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with Salesforce is a plus. 💻
Work Schedule:
Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
