  • Make an Impact: 💪 Help members set goals and guide them towards meeting those goals by educating them on the program's benefits.

  • Be a Problem-Solver: 🔍 Identify, research, and resolve potential issues while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Promote Healthcare Benefits: 🩺 Address member concerns with empathy, ensuring conversations are value-driven and solution-oriented.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Strong computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding).

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to adhere to schedules and duties.

  • Demonstration of caring and compassion.

  • Ability to provide two monitors (at least 22 inches) with HDMI and DisplayPorts.
