This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficient data management skills, and strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards. The successful candidate will support the Release of Information (ROI) process and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring accuracy and protection of sensitive patient data. 🏥🔐

Essential Functions:

• Precise Data Entry: Accurately enter and update patient data in internal and client-facing systems.

• EMR Navigation: Access and navigate multiple EMR platforms to retrieve, validate, and process patient health information (PHI).

• Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency while meeting productivity benchmarks.

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.

• Collaboration: Work with team members to support process improvements and service quality.
