Pay Range: $16 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, your primary role will be to act as a liaison between LabCorp, physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will:
Resolve customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.
Provide product education and handle a wide variety of inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.
Research complex issues using multiple databases.
Notify clients of test results promptly and accurately.
Maintain accurate records and assure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role; experience in a contact center/call center preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent multitasking abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus.
