📝 Key Responsibilities

The Concierge supports both members and practitioners, making this a hybrid customer service and administrative role. Daily tasks include:

📞 Member Support

  • Answering inbound calls, emails & chats with warmth and professionalism

  • Verifying eligibility for Virtual PT/OT and Fall Prevention programs

  • Completing assessments and triage surveys

  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments based on licensure and time zone requirements

  • Supporting Physical and Occupational Therapists with scheduling and member coordination
