💼 Position Overview
As a Service Intake Liaison, candidates will serve as the critical communication bridge between customers and service technicians. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise, technical troubleshooting ability, and the stamina to manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism.
The representative will be responsible for:
