In this role, the Provider Enrollment Maintenance Coordinator supports the enrollment process for physicians and midlevel providers by preparing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate communication with internal teams and external payers.

This position plays a vital role in keeping healthcare operations running smoothly—making it perfect for organized professionals with healthcare or administrative experience.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

📄 Prepare application sets for mailing
📄 Assist Provider Enrollment Specialists with enrollment documentation
📄 Support team projects such as new practice start-ups and business changes
📬 Receive and distribute incoming mail
📁 Maintain organized provider files (group and individual)
📠 Copy, fax, and update enrollment applications
🧾 Prepare W-9 forms and correspondence
📊 Assist supervisors with reports
💻 Enter and update provider information in IDX System and Teamwork
📅 Manage annual disclosures
