The Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative plays a vital role in assisting patients with billing inquiries and payment solutions.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer 80+ inbound calls daily

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers (approximately 85% of calls)

  • Help patients initiate payment plans

  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve billing inquiries

  • Maintain performance and productivity goals

  • Complete structured training and become proficient in processes
