💼 Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
💰 Pay: $15.50 per hour
🗓 Start Date: Monday, March 2, 2026
⏰ Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Open availability for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST
One Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks

📞 What You’ll Do
As a Remote CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for Sharecare members and providers, delivering professional and courteous support via phone and email.

📲 Answer inbound calls and emails
🧠 Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs
🛠 Resolve routine customer inquiries and issues
