Requirements
Must currently reside in the United States, excluding WA, ND, OH, WY, and CA.
Strong internet connection (At least 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Experience with multitasking, problem-solving, and handling upset customers.
Proven ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting.
Capable of following a script verbatim while maintaining a conversational tone.
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
Ability to pass a background check.
Own a laptop, Chromebook, or desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher (Macs, netbooks, tablets, and smartphones are not supported).
2 GHz processor or better.
Own a USB headset with a microphone.
No VPN usage during work.
Responsibilities
Exceed call requirements to ensure minimum pay.
Utilize MS Teams, call centers, and cloud-based software for daily tasks.
Execute a high volume of call attempts daily.
Initiate acts of kindness, bringing happiness and delight to patients.
Foster a sense of togetherness within our social community.
Brighten the lives of our patients and spread positivity.
Encourage the magic of giving, gratitude, and goodwill.

Preferred Talents and Abilities
2 to 3 years of customer service experience with exceptional phone skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Proficient decision-making skills.
Intermediate technical skills, including cloud-based software experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
