As a Customer Service Representative, contractors provide empathetic phone support to customers using pharmacy-by-mail services. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Answering incoming customer service calls
📝 Responding to routine pharmacy-related inquiries
💊 Assisting with order placement, updates, and order status checks

💬 Providing compassionate, professional support—even with upset callers
🚨 Escalating complex issues to appropriate support teams
📂 Maintaining accurate documentation
