Remote Call Specialists will:
Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
Assist funeral home callers professionally and compassionately
Handle online web chats and messages
Record and deliver messages accurately
Transfer calls according to company protocols
Enter data into company systems
Handle 100+ calls, chats, or web forms daily
Maintain confidentiality at all times
