📋 What You'll Do
As a Patient Experience Navigator, you'll help patients receive the care they need by scheduling appointments and answering questions.
Daily responsibilities include:
✅ Scheduling imaging procedures
✅ Registering new patients
✅ Verifying demographic and insurance information
✅ Answering inbound and outbound calls
✅ Assisting patients with scheduling concerns
✅ Coordinating with insurance verification teams
✅ Communicating with physicians and medical offices
✅ Maintaining accurate patient records
✅ Meeting scheduling and quality goals
✅ Helping resolve patient concerns professionally
