Your Responsibilities 📝

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries. 📞

• Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary. 🔄

• Assist with requests and possible payment processing 💳

• Track call-related information for audits and reporting 🗂️

• Provide feedback on call issues 📊

• Upsell products/services if required 💼

Qualifications 🎓

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment 🏠

• 6 months customer service experience preferred

• Must be over 18 years old

• Type at least 25 words per minute. ⌨️

• High School Graduate or GED

• Comfortable with desktop computer systems 💻

• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral & written) 🇺🇸🇪🇸

• Strong problem-solving skills 🧠

• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems 🖥️

• Excellent organizational skills 📅

Work from Home Requirements 🏡

• Internet Requirements:

  • Minimum download rate of 15.0 Mbps
