Position: Part-Time Member Support Specialist
Hourly Rate: $27 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours a week, flexible shifts Monday through Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm PST. Some weekend hours may be required.

About the Role
As a Member Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing high-quality support and guidance. Your responsibilities include:
Resolving member issues via live chat, email, and phone calls 📞💬
Communicating thoughtfully about our products, services, and estate planning 📝
Handling complaints and driving effective communication internally and externally 🔄
Identifying and reporting bugs or negative member experiences 🔍
About You

Possesses excellent written and verbal skills, ideally with experience using platforms like Zendesk 📧

Qualifications
Experience with technology tools such as Zendesk, G-Suite, and Confluence
Available to work a flexible schedule with varying weekly hours
Resides in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont
