As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical device services. Your responsibilities will include:
Validating Product Usage: Ensure accuracy in product utilization across various medical settings.
Processing Orders: Efficiently handle and process orders from hospitals and clinics.
Resolving Billing Issues: Work closely with hospital billing teams to address and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborating With Teams: Partner with sales representatives to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Work Schedule ⏰
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour
