📝 What You’ll Be Doing
💳 Payment & Remittance Posting
Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials from EOBs and ERAs into patient accounts
Retrieve remittance data from payer portals such as Availity, Change Healthcare, and government payer sites
Maintain accuracy while ensuring daily transaction balancing
Process high-volume remittance data with speed and precision
📊 ERA & Claim Management
Identify and resolve ERA gaps, including missing or unmatched remittance files
Investigate discrepancies by contacting payers or manually posting payments when needed
Research and correct claims or posting errors that prevent proper reconciliation
Support clean AR by resolving complex posting and credit balance issues
👩💼 Who They’re Looking For
Candid Health is seeking professionals who bring both experience and adaptability to the table:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in medical billing, payment posting, or RCM roles
✅ Hands-on experience navigating major payer portals
✅ Knowledge of credit balance resolution and refund processing

✅ Expert-level understanding of EOBs, ERAs, CPT, ICD-10, and adjustment/denial codes
