📞 Job Overview: Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent (Travel Advisor I)

As a Travel Advisor I, team members handle inbound calls from confirmed travelers, assisting them with itinerary updates, payments, airline reservations, and general travel support. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must live in:

📍 Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Texas

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✨ Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls
✨ Assist travelers with managing and updating reservations
✨ Process payments and manage airline bookings
✨ Reset online access and update traveler contact information
✨ Take escalated calls and de-escalate concerns with empathy
✨ Clearly explain travel products, policies, and itineraries
✨ Document all customer interactions accurately
✨ Work across 5–7 platforms simultaneously using 3 screens
✨ Perform in a metrics-driven environment (AHT, ACW, ASA, QA, surveys, attendance)
✨ Attend meetings with camera on in a collaborative team setting

🎯 Required Qualifications

✅ 3–5+ years of call center customer service experience
✅ Comfortable in an unscripted call environment
✅ 1+ year of remote work experience (preferred)
✅ Hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi)
• Recommended: 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload
✅ Landline or VOIP telephone service (reimbursed monthly)
✅ Ability to manage long open calls and call forwarding

🗓️ Schedule Details

📚 Training Schedule (5–6 Weeks)

🕘 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

🚀 First Production Schedule (3–6 Months)

Option 1:
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET

Option 2:
• Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

💰 Pay & Total Rewards
