📋 Job Responsibilities
As a Patient Billing Customer Service Representative, the candidate will:
📞 Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from:
Patients
Doctor’s offices
Private insurance carriers
💳 Set up payment plans for outstanding patient balances
🧾 Use multiple systems and resources to resolve billing inquiries
📊 Maintain performance and productivity goals
🎓 Complete structured training and become proficient in billing processes
This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ At least 1 year of customer service experience

✔️ 1 year experience in:
