As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent, employees will assist confirmed travelers by handling incoming calls related to reservations, payments, airline information, itinerary updates, and general travel support.
Agents must be comfortable working across multiple systems while delivering excellent customer service in a metrics-driven environment.

Answer high-volume inbound customer service calls
