What Employees Will Be Doing 📋
As a Member Engagement Coordinator, employees will:
Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
Schedule healthcare evaluations for members
Explain healthcare visit options clearly
Follow approved scripts professionally
Handle appointment changes and cancellations
Meet daily productivity goals
Use multiple computer systems during calls
Follow HIPAA privacy guidelines
Employees are expected to make approximately:
300–400 outbound dials daily
50 outbound calls per hour
25 appointments scheduled per day
Qualifications Needed ✅
Applicants should have:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Basic computer and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection with at least 10MB upload/download speed
Previous outbound calling experience is preferred but not always required.
