What Employees Will Be Doing 📋

As a Member Engagement Coordinator, employees will:

  • Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer

  • Schedule healthcare evaluations for members

  • Explain healthcare visit options clearly

  • Follow approved scripts professionally

  • Handle appointment changes and cancellations

  • Meet daily productivity goals

  • Use multiple computer systems during calls

  • Follow HIPAA privacy guidelines

Employees are expected to make approximately:

  • 300–400 outbound dials daily

  • 50 outbound calls per hour

  • 25 appointments scheduled per day

Qualifications Needed ✅

Applicants should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

  • Basic computer and multitasking abilities

  • Reliable internet connection with at least 10MB upload/download speed

Previous outbound calling experience is preferred but not always required.
