Available Shifts (EST)

• ⏰ 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• ⏰ 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What Does a Patient Care Coordinator Service Agent Do? 📋

The Service Agent plays a key role in supporting both patients and healthcare providers. This remote healthcare support position includes scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, assisting clinicians, and managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Answer incoming patient inquiries
✅ Schedule appointments for patients
