⏰ Survey Timing Requirements
Minimum of 75 completed surveys the first week
100 completed surveys each week after
Calls must be made between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the survey’s time zone
Completed surveys must be marked Done to count toward weekly totals
Note: Part-Done, No Answer, Answering Machine, or Wrong Number entries do not count.
💰 Compensation
Surveyors earn:
$6/hour base pay, plus piece-rate earnings
$0.50 for each Done survey
$0.30 for each Wrong Number
$0.20 for each Part-Done
$0.07 for Answering Machine/No Answer
Surveyors are guaranteed at least minimum wage in their state but can earn more based on speed and accuracy. 💵📈
👥 Employment Status
Those selected for the Winter 2026 Rent Survey will be hired as temporary employees of Partners Personnel, working on assignment for Yardi Matrix.
