2:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST

π What You'll Do
As an Inbound Contact Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Humana members by assisting with incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Daily responsibilities include:
☎️ Answer incoming customer calls
π Assist members with healthcare benefits and coverage questions
π Document customer interactions accurately
π Research and resolve customer issues
π€ Escalate unresolved concerns when needed
π» Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
π€ Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
✅ Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
✔️ 2 years of customer service experience
✔️ Live in FL, IN, OH, TN, AZ, MO, NC, or NM
