Schedule 1

• Monday–Friday

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST

Schedule 2

• Monday–Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

• One weekday off (Tuesday–Friday)

• Sundays off

Pay:
💰 $38,000 – $45,800 per year

📋 What You'll Do

As an Inbound Contact Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for Humana members by assisting with incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.

Daily responsibilities include:

☎️ Answer incoming customer calls

💙 Assist members with healthcare benefits and coverage questions

📝 Document customer interactions accurately

🔎 Research and resolve customer issues

📤 Escalate unresolved concerns when needed

💻 Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

🤝 Deliver exceptional customer service experiences

✅ Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

✔️ 2 years of customer service experience

✔️ Live in FL, IN, OH, TN, AZ, MO, NC, or NM

✔️ Strong typing skills

✔️ Excellent computer navigation abilities
