📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll assist patients and healthcare providers by providing exceptional customer support.

Daily responsibilities include:

☎️ Answering 80+ inbound calls each day

💳 Setting up patient payment plans for outstanding balances

🏥 Assisting patients, physician offices, and insurance companies

🧾 Answering billing questions and explaining account information

💻 Using multiple computer applications simultaneously

🔎 Researching patient accounts while speaking on the phone

🤝 Delivering a world-class customer experience
